The expression "telegraphic communication" means
the communication from one place to another of
words, sounds, marks or pictures by telegraph,
telephone, wireless telegraphy or other method
of communication involving the use of electricity,
or by means of pneumatic tubes.
The expression "telegram" means any words,
sounds, marks or pictures communicated or intended
to be communicated as aforesaid and includes any
document or thing in or on which the words, sounds
marks or pictures are transcribed, embodied or
recorded.
